Kick Push Longboards LLC makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the safety or suitability of its products for any given purpose; nor does Kick Push Longboards LLC assume any liability arising from the use or application of any of its products and specifically disclaims any and all consequential and incidental damages.  Kick Push Longboards LLC takes no responsibility or accepts any liability what-so-ever for your well-being or injuries that result from the participation and act of riding longboards/skateboards.  Users assume all risk, responsibility, and liability for use of these products, including any resulting loss or damage to persons or property. All trucks, associated hardware, wheels, bearings, and risers bought through this website are not the property of Kick Push Longboards LLC nor is Kick Push Longboards LLC responsible for the misuse or damage caused to or because of the above listed products. The user assumes the responsibility for knowing and obeying all traffic laws and regulations in their city, county, state, or country. Please be safe and wear a helmet and protective gear. Skate at your own risk and pay attention to your surroundings.  Longboarding/Skateboarding, even when done well, can be a dangerous activity - you need to be careful at all times.

Artwork Copyright and Use Agreement

Any work that is already copyrighted or in use by another company is not usable on a deck unless following 'acceptable use' guidelines laid out by copyright laws.  Artwork that is not copyrighted can be used and will be copyrighted by Kick Push Longboards LLC for future use.  If you own personal copyrighted work, accepting this agreement allows Kick Push Longboards LLC to use said copyrighted work without penalty from owner.
